The DOT physical follows FMCSA standards: vision, hearing, blood pressure, urinalysis, and a head-to-toe physical exam. Our certified medical examiners are listed on the National Registry, so your card is valid the day it's issued.
Bring a photo ID, your CDL or learner's permit, a list of medications, and any specialist paperwork (sleep apnea CPAP compliance, diabetes records, etc.). If you wear glasses or hearing aids, bring them.
Most drivers qualify for a 24-month certification. Drivers managing conditions like hypertension or diabetes may receive a shorter certification with monitoring. We'll explain everything before you leave.
We offer DOT-compliant urine drug screens on-site. Need a non-DOT screen, breath alcohol test, or pre-employment package? We can bundle services in one visit.
