Will insurance cover my visit?

I have insurance coverage questions. Who do I talk to?
Please note that if you have not met your annual insurance deductible, you may be responsible for additional charges. Patients using insurance are advised to confirm if their plan includes an urgent care copay, or if other costs may apply. Copay amounts for urgent care visits usually range between $60 to $80.
If you prefer to pay out-of-pocket for services and not use insurance, payment is required at the time of your visit. Costs vary depending on the type of services required.

We accept cash and most major credit and debit cards.

A doctor visit only $105.00 (does not include lab, x-rays, etc.)
D.O.T exams $100
Social Security Physicals $105
TB skin test $45
